When in Rome...watch your neighbors throw a baseball

I am going to write more later but for now let me just explain the title: I am sitting in my 3 guy frineds' apartment waiting to go out and 2 of them are throwing a baseball. I said "what is something exciting that happened today that I should name my blog after?" and they said "this." haha.
I am about to go to a bar across the st from where we live so I'm not going to write too much now. I took a very in depth tour of the ruins left from the Roman forums and we went to the Capitoline (which is basically a museum). And this was all for a class. My ancient Rome class meets "on site" so we met at the ruins of the forum and our teacher took us on a tour with an in depth explanation of every single teeny tiny detail (this exam is going to SUCK). But it was really interesting. I am not totally against this class. The whole waking up at 7 am to make it to a 9 am class I am not really fond of but the information and topic is really cool. I had a lot of questions today (which took up some of the FOUR HOURS worth of class time).
Ok bar time...I'll write more later :-)
